CEO: Andre J. Bauldock

  • Top source of company that is responsible for all staff and company.  Is to be contacted and informed at all times of any changes, interviews, or meetings.  Makes all final decisions on all concepts and ideas.
 

*Vice President:

  • CEO's right hand.  Represents for CEO when not present or available.  Responsible for handling all tasks and duties for CEO and other executives. 
 

CFO: Andre Bauldock

  • Responsible for all company finances, profits, and expenses.  Responsible for maintaining company accounts and constantly trying to find new ways to make a greater profit.
*Executive Assistant: Andre Bauldock
  • In charge of handling daily operations such as formatting, typing, creating databases and other secretarial tasks/duties.  Responsible for filing company papers and knowing company policies and procedures.
*Marketing Manager: Andre Bauldock
  • Responsible for finding and updating CEO and District Managers of new markets to promote and book events.  Constantly trying to spread our market for new talent, staff, and audiences.
*Project Manager: Andre Bauldock
  • Responsible for booking ventures, events, and shows.  In charge of finding open locations to hold company events.  Also responsible for establishing business relationships with other businesses and companies for sponsorship and promotion.
*District Manager: Andre Bauldock
  • Responsible for Street Team Promoters.  Includes interviewing and keeping all contact information for each promoter.  Also responsible for keeping a log-time sheet for Street Team promotion times and making sure each promoter is doing their job of promoting and recruiting.  Accountable for keeping team updated on new artists, events, flyers, markets to promote and company meetings.
Booking Manager: Denise Woods 
  • Responsible for promoting the artists, obtaining paid bookings and gigs for the artists, negotiating financial compensation for travel and appearances, assisting with building the artists' buzz and fan base, and handling most business dealings and contracts.
*A&R Executive: Andre Bauldock
  • Responsible for strictly promoting for new artist and talent.  In charge of interviewing potential artist and clients and booking new talent.
*Web Designer: Andre Bauldock
  • Responsible for creating company's website, flyers, business cards, and CD covers.  Constantly keeping the website, flyers, business cards, and covers up to date and fresh.
*Street Team Promoters: All Staff
  • Responsible for spreading the hype and excitement of our company by constantly passing out flyers and promoting.  In charge of promoting artists CD's, company, and company events.  Also, accountable for recruiting more staff and street team promoters.
